Monitor backlight working but not displaying anything

Hello,
My house laptop monitor backlights are working but it cannot display anything.what could be the trouble


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 65.0.3325.109

Take it to a qualified technician, or find one that is being sold for parts and SWAP out ONE FOR ONE! Make certain you USE ESD precautions!

Hello...Ensure that both the power supply and the motherboard lights are flashing green, not solid or off. While the power is on, disconnect the power supply from the motherboard. This connection is the largest of the connections and should be listed as the 'P1' or 'Primary' power connection.

Make certain you use ESD precautions, or BOOM! So much for those instructions, just go ahead and start messing with sensitive components!
