Acer 4750 won't power on

Hi,

I have a problem with my Acer laptop 4750, it won't power on. When I connect the power adapter the Orange charger light comes on and when I press the power button the power led just turn on Orange and when release power it turns off again. Please anyone I really need your advice and help here.. what could be the problem here?
