To increase internet connection

Hello,Hello, i usually conect to the internet bye phone and its speed is very low(usually 500 byte). can u help me to increase my internet speed? is there any software to help me?? thanke

to need to contact your loca network operator to see if this service is available.

or you may use a Broadband connection.
