Display problem

Hello,
My CPU is getting on but it is not giving beep sound which shows os is transferring from hard disk to RAM, first monitor will start in green light after view seconds it turns to red and it will not display anything...
Please help me out to fix my CPU problem.

Take out the RAM, and try to boot with RAM out. Does it have the same tyoe of behavior while booting? If yes, 99% sure it is motherboard that has issues. There is no fixing a motherboard.

If it acts differently, post back here and we will move to next troubleshooting step.
