I got this from my stepdaughter she was factory resetting it when we lost power now it comes on but keeps say it needs to update it had windows 10 please help I'm sorry my name is Kevin Mulvihill thanks for letting me join

Ok some loads of windows 10can take a while. Jist let it do its thing. As long as its display keeps updating and movingx it is working. I had one update take 24hours to complete.
