Hello,
My elitebook 2570p wont turn on
When i turn it on the message cmos 502
Error press enter to restart when i restart the pc wont turn only fan and led is running nothing else help me

This means the BIOS is assumed to be corrupt and the system will install a hidden copy of the BIOS to correct the problem and the startup process continues.

Xpcman, is possible hardware change the cause?

The owner might have tried to Flash the BIOS using an invalid file.
A working used model sells for about $200 on Ebay since this model is 5 to 7 years old.
