ASUS laptop won't start but LED lights on

Hello! I have an ASUS X455L laptop that won't turn on but the led light for power and battery both light up. The laptop has an internal battery so I have not tried taking it out. I tried doing the reset by pressing the power button for a minute and it still won't start up. LED light for power works when pressed and battery light turns on when plugged in. Please help!!

Hi

It's possible to remove all Asus laptop batteries so that they can be changed, here are some links telling how:

Then you can try draining the flea power.
