How to contact SFR from abroad to disconnect house internet?

Hello,

I really need to disconnect the internet in my house in France but have been unable to find out how to do this from outside of France. A friend has tried to do it on my behalf from within France but was unsuccessful. I think I need to send a letter but am not clear on where to send it to and what information to include. Thanks in advance for any advice.
