Hi,

I'm having this problem since 2014 if I am not mistaken. Every time I tried to connect, this message appeared: "Sorry, but we don't recognize your email address."

I tried to recover it but I don't have any recovery email.

I tried to email my account but it says :"Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to ***@*** because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email."

Please help! I badly need this account thank you!!

Hi,

If it is a Yahoo account, and you haven't logged in since 2014, you will unfortunately not be able to recover the account.

Inactive accounts are automatically deleted if you don't login for 12 months. In your case, you must create a new account.
