Can I recover my instagram account with no email address?

Hello,
I was hacked, and need to recover my instagram account, however, I don't have access to the email address used to set the account up any longer, and it just keeps sending new password info there. Is there a way around that? Is there anybody to contact at all to get help?

Sorry but to change the email address to get the code you must first gain access to your account, since you can't there is nothing that can be done.

Without your email address, you can reset your password with your phone number or by log in with Facebook. Here is how.
