If you sign in from an unfamiliar device or location, Yahoo may asks you to confirm your identity using the recovery methods registered on the account.
As you don't have access to any of your recovery methods, you can use the Yahoo Mail app to get the validation code. If you don't have the app, try using a device and location that you have already used.
Once you signed in, you can update your recovery methods, and therefore, you will be able to confirm your identity on other devices and location.
