Want to recover my forgotten password

I used to use my personal account ***@*** few years back and had forgotten the password of the same. In the mean time i changed my mobile and also changed my linked email ids. One email id that iam constantly using is ***@*** . But i believe i linked another account to ***@*** that is no longer in use. But i believe i can recover the password with secret questions coz my answers then and now too are genuine. But on net i couldn't find/get "recover password" by secret questions option. Can you please help me in recovering my ***@*** password?
