Instagram two-step verification

Yesterday I was promoted to upload a selfie video to verify I’m the person who runs my Instagram account. I’ve tried uploading it all day and I get the same error message that says error please try again later. A never ending loophole. I’ve researched it & many people have been experiencing this issue since yesterday. I’ve tried resetting my phone, deleting & reinstalling the app, tried on a web browser, a friends phone, my second phone, connected a VPN... nothing. Anyone else have this issue or know a solution? Hello, my Instagram account got hacked. I’m attempting to log back in using the selfie verification but when I try to upload it it says error. I’ve tried for days and then I try on different devices, I don’t even get the option to do the selfie verification. I have also tried deleting and reinstalling the app and clearing the cache but nothing works Can anyone help as to how to fix this problem?

Instagram kept rejecting the video selfie verification that I had sent them multiple times. Sometimes there was an error sometimes not. So I deleted Instagram app and reloaded 5 days later. Now I’ve send them already twice new videos and they don’t even approve or diss approve them. They sent me an email saying we received your request, a day passes and nothing. What do I do? Should I change my password? Since I can’t even get into my account what good does that do? Should I try from a laptop? Why are they not even responding to me now? Thanks

Two days ago my Instagram Artist Page was hacked. Despite 48 hrs trying to retrieve my account, I have got absolutely nowhere!

Instagram prompted me to upload a video selfie to verify my account. I have now gone through this process 7 times, and 7 times my video has been rejected for reasons, quote: We weren't able to confirm your identity from the video you submitted.

Obviously, I am a human being, not a robot. Photos and videos of myself are featured across my Instagram ... which I no longer am able to access. The hacker has placed an ad for BITCOIN on my grid. Everyone is aware I've been hacked and they've reported it.

My Facebook account has been suspended and asks me to verify my account. It sends me security code via my email address. I did click on the option to send me the security code but it never landed in my email ID. On my phone I can see which email it is sending it to and it never gets there. When I click continue for the "get code sent to your email" it then says "an error occurred while sending the message"

I have called yahoo and they have my email is working fine, i sent myself emails and all have been received. I dont know what is wrong but I think it is from facebook end.

I've sent numerous emails to Facebook and they haven't replied. ...
