Hello, on my instagramaccount I added a two-step verification with the app Duo Mobile.
Last week i accidentaly dropped my phone in the water and the phone died.
I bought myself a new phone and installed Instagram. But everytime i want to login, Instagram asks for the two-step verificationcode. However that app was on my old phone, so I can not fill in the two-step verificationcode.
Help, how can I login to Instagram again.......?

Notes:
1.Duo Mobile never asked to create an account, so i can not login to Duo Mobile,
2.I lost the Recoverycodes when my phone died.
3. Instagram and Facebook are not connected/linked
