Hello, I have a problem because when I try to login into my account, there is title: Please confirm that you own this account. And I can't do anything because I can't write anything.

Hi,

When Instagram asks you to verify your email address or phone number, you must confirm your contact info to get a confirmation code.

With the confirmation code, you will be able to prove that you own the Instagram account.

If you cannot follow the steps given on the application, try using the Instagram website on your computer.

I try it but i must somwhere verify my account but i cant know where beacouse on my pohone or email is nothing. Im so sad

If your Instagram account is associated with a Facebook account, check if Facebook asks you to verify your identity.

Try resetting your Instgram password. You may be able to regain access to your account through this. If the password reset doesn't work, I think your account will unfortunately not be able to be recovered.

You have to provide the prove that you won the account. Instagram do the verification for security, if you provide the correct information of asked question your account will be ok.
