My problem is I must use a new pass word after each use of my Mediacom email. And most of the time the new password will not work, for some reason and I have to start all over again until it work or opens my email. Can someone help? I have had the problem for a month or so. I am use a desktop HP all in one. My computer is about five years old and works well. This is my only problem.
Does your browser save your passwords? If yes, it may enter an outdated password in the field. You should therefore, update your account password from your browser's settings.
If this is not the case, you should check if your account has not been hacked by someone. I suggest you contact Mediacom support.
