Hello, i cannot open my yahoo account yahoo ID and password but i lost my old number and i dont have a alternate email. please help me

i remember my password. the problem i lost my old number and i dont have a alternate email. everytime i sign in when i type my email add they ask verification number but i dont have that number anymore..
