My Yahoo not recognize

Hello,
Please am having problem signing in into my account ,Yahoo mail said my email account is not recognize and my phone number too.
Please what do I do.

Send an email to your Yahoo account and wait for an error message. If that message indicates that your account is disabled, contact Yahoo. If you don't get any message, try using the Sign-in Helper to try to recover your account.

To contact Yahoo if your account is disabled, use their contact form. Select Account and enter your Yahoo email address. Next, select Contact a Yahoo specialist > Abuse and spam > Got a message my account is deactivated > Email a Yahoo specialist.
