Transcend jf v30 32gb not working

Hello,
It showing no media in disk management and only sound is coming on inserting pendrive and also in chipgenius it is not showing controller part-number, flash id code, capacity and I can't insert frimware so plz I neet to work my pendrive. Plz suggest me. The pendrive is transcend jf v30/32gb it is a usb flash drive.

Hello, try this solution (which was applicable for Transcend JF v30 4GB).
  • Click on Start --> Type diskmgmt.msc and click on OK.
  • Disk Management will be opened.
  • Now right-click on your "Pen drive" --> click on "Format" --> Select the "File system:" as "Fat32" from the drop-down menu --> Click on OK.
