Can no longer see if a specific person is active/online.

Hey.
Recently, after i blocked a person for one night, i can no longer see if they are online or how long since last online.
We checked with this person and neither I or they have blocked, ignored or muted the other.
For other people it shows under their name and picture if they are online or how long since last online, but for this person, no.

Hello, seeing as you blocked this person, although temporarily, there may be a slight delay in returning the settings back to normal.

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the messenger app on your mobile to see if this has an effect.

Otherwise it could take several days/weeks for messenger to return to normal.

Problem is that, i blocked 4 more people at the same time i blocked this person, and i unblocked them at the same time, but the others are fine and can see when they are online.

Hmm, interesting. Then I would recommend that you report this problem to Facebook using one of their reporting forms.
