Okay, have a look here at the Dell help centre. This guide will show you what to do when your Dell PC does not turn on or boot into Windows.
From here we can establish that the problem with your Dell is that there is no power:
*When you press the power button, the Dell PC does not power ON and there is no indication of power on the PC (all LEDs are OFF).
So what you can do is follow the troubleshooting steps in these two articles (one is for laptops, the other for desktops)

- Dell PC shows no signs of power.
- Power LED is OFF, the display is blank (black), and the PC does not start.
- No fan noise is heard.

Hello, what happens when you try to turn it on? A black screen? Does the laptop beep? Do any of the parts seem to work (the fan)?
