i unistalled my CD-DVD-ROM Closed

Hello,
i think i unistalled my CD_DVD-rom.
when i go to coumputer i just see C drive but i cant see the D driver and some people help me to found it but thay cant and thay told me that you unistalled it.
can you give me a link to i download it and also i have window vista.
if you help me i am gonna be so happy thanks bye :)

Hye you can do a system restore to get it back!

Press start , all programs, accessories, system tools, 

Open system restore, 

Just choose a date when your pc was working fine

Let the process to be done
Restart your computer

I unistalled my CD-DVD-ROM
