Hye you will have to connect your broadband cable to a wireless router! then connect your laptop to the wireless connection!

I have connected wireless router to broadband modem through cable, pl z can u tell me what I have to do, to access internet connection in my laptop and pc both or what are the settings for these type of connectivity in which internet connection work in both of them

you need to set:
VPI/VCI Con. ID Category Service Interface Protocol Igmp QoS State Remove Edit
0/35 1 UBR pppoe_0_35_1 ppp_0_35_1 PPPoE Disabled Disabled Enabled

in the modem means setup autodialer in modem
