My Meccer laptop doesn't want to light on screen

Hi, I have a problem with my laptop. when I press the power button to light up my laptop, only the blue light switches on and then the screen remains off. Now I had a problem where the charger doesn't work. I know when it's off, it reposts that the battery is critically low. Please help. I tried opening up the back to see the problem for lose ends and everything is alright.
