My hotmail account no longer downloads into junk mail. No mail goes into it on my kindle. Does come into my phone though.
How can I correct this problem.

Any other people that might have rules or access to your mailbox? If they have a rule that copies your mail to their own mailbox, that way you can't find it.
Try it with all devices shut down. Also check out if you aren't using delegate access.
