Method 1: Clear Browsing history and Caches.
Follow the link below and clear browsing history.
View and delete your browsing history

Method 2: Open the webpage in compatibility mode.
1. Open Internet Explorer and open the webpage (in your case Microsoft Website).
2. Once the page displays, press Alt and select Tools > Compatibility View Settings.
3. Click Add and then Close.
Method 3: Reset Internet Explorer Settings
Follow the steps.
1. Press Windows key + R to open the run command.
2. Type inetcpl.cpl and click Enter.
3. Go to the Advanced tab and click on Reset.
