Hello, I have a connex litebook the screen wasn't coming on I saw a video on YouTube where it shows I should open the back cover and then open the laptop n while doing that the laptop all of a sudden is unable to Close cause the metal pipe is us not going flush down and my laptop won't come on

Hello, retrace your steps from when you opened up your laptop to try and put the metal pipe back in its original place. You may have dislodged something that is causing this problem.
