Hi,
Press and hold the Power button until it turns off. Remove any USB devices connected to the laptop and wait a few seconds. Then try turning it on and see if it will start.
If your laptop is still stuck on the manufacturer's logo, access the BIOS and make sure that in the boot order, your default disk is the primary device. You can also try resetting the BIOS to its default settings.
