Hello, my connex only shows the connex logo and does not continue afterwards. What can I do?

Hi,

Press and hold the Power button until it turns off. Remove any USB devices connected to the laptop and wait a few seconds. Then try turning it on and see if it will start.

If your laptop is still stuck on the manufacturer's logo, access the BIOS and make sure that in the boot order, your default disk is the primary device. You can also try resetting the BIOS to its default settings.

Good evening. My connex slim book just switched off and now won't switch back on. The powerbutton isn't working and the power light doesn't go on even though its on charger.

Hello,
my connex Slim Book won`t turn on. When connected to the charge, charging light is working properly but the on light only blinks briefly and disappears.

I found dads old laptop at home
I charged for few minutes and the I turned it on, it took awhile to come up cos the laptop wasn't properly shut down months ago and I shut down the laptop so it could charge for me to use the next day but since then I'm not able to turn it on neither is it charging after then
What do I do?

Hello,

I have tried your fix but mines still black. The fan is working and so are the lights I just still have a black screen. I really need my PC back for my studies. Can you please help me?

Hello,

My school has provided me with an Acer Laptop which has been mine since the start of last year. I have this problem where it will not boot up past the first image seen on the laptop. I remember it has done it before and I had fixed it but I do not know how, and I believe that I myself would rather not try fixing it with no help whatsoever. I wouldn't trust myself. It's quite stressing and will not be at school for them to repair it for another week and a half, and when I arrive I cannot afford to arrive empty handed... Please help me, anybody :( I'm desperate!
