Hello,
My laptop is acer, the problem is when I ON my laptop it only shows my wallpaper but there's no Icon. I try the Ctrl+Alt+Del and F8 it still didn't work.

This issue may occur due to corrupt or missing Windows startup files.
You can just run startup repair and check if it helps.
