Itunes problem

Hello,
When i plug in my ipod and i go onto itunes, i click on music and its grey but when click on a playlist our library, its completely normal can you help??

Try CopyTrans to backup your music from your iPod to your Computer. It will backup your playlists, ratings, artwork, videos, and so on.

Hye you will have to copy the music from your library to your ipod!
