My Sony VAIO won't turn on!

Hello,

My Sony VAIO won't turn on! It's plugged in and the orange light is blinking but when I try to press the power on button nothing happens except the green light turns on but only when it's being pressed! Please help!

i've tried to remove the battery and hold the power button for 58 seconds but nothing is working
