Hello,
I bought a labtop form spain. I would like to change to OS from spanish to english language. I tried to change by setting the regional and language options, but I couldn't do, what should I do?

Only the Business versions of Windows allow the user to change the display language. You must purchase a English version of the OS and install it. Sorry :(
