Hello,

Are there any technical problems in the messenger that sometimes prevent to see the active status?
I can see the active status of my friends....and to see when they were online....but sometimes the active status of my girlfriend disappears for hours...
I confronted her and she was insulted ...I know her ad a very honest and good woman...but I have some doubts ...why only her active status disappear sometimes ?

Hello, maybe she just wasn't online for a moment - or away from her keyboard (despite being logged into Facebook).
