Hello,
It looks like your laptop is a Chromebook - if this is the case, then you should know that you can't uninstall Chrome from ChromeOS. However, you can set your new browser as your preferred one. For example, you can install Mozilla Firefox.
If your laptop is not a Chromebook, then you can follow these steps:
1. Click on the Start button.
2. Type Control Panel.
3. Select Programs and then Programs and Features.
4. Find Chrome in the list.
5. Right-click on Chrome and choose Uninstall or Uninstall/Change.
