Hi,
Search for Device Manager from the Start menu and open it. Expand the Sound, video and game controllers section and right-click on the audio device.
Select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software. If an update is available, let it install and restart your computer when prompted.
If no update was found, right-click again on the audio device and select Uninstall. Check Delete the driver software for this device, click Uninstall and restart the computer.
