Hello,
I tried everything you can think of! Turning it and leaving it, holding the power button, pressing buttons on the remote and the tv screen remains black! Idk how to fix this issue and apparently it seems no one else has any clue!

I'm sorry about your problem. I recommend contacting the Customer support - this is the link for Canada (it seems that's where you are based) but you can change the country from the upper left corner.
