Hi,
Did you use the dedicated recovery page for hacked Facebook accounts? If not, go to this page and follow the on-screen instructions to report to Facebook that your account was hacked and to recover it.
If you've already started reporting your account as hacked, but if you can't use your email address or phone number, try entering your Facebook username, then type your current or old password to log in.
You can find your username in the URL of your Facebook profile. "www.facebook.com/username"
