Forgot password and F8 doesn’t work

I can’t remember password for my Lenovo Windows 10 and the F8 function to bring me to get into it through Admin will not come up. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the information but my only option would be to delete everything and I am not sure how long it’s been since I backed it up.

I have tried to turning it off and back on.

Is your Windows 10 account linked to a Microsoft account?

If yes, you can reset the password via this link.
