Hi,
By unlinking your Instagram account from Facebook, you will still have access to your account and you can use it separately.
To unlink your Instagram account, go to your profile and open the Menu (3 horizontal bars). Select Settings > Account > Linked Accounts.
In "Linked Accounts", select Facebook > Unlink account.
