My Instagram account was disabled

Hi.
my account was disabled unfortunately
i linked my fb account to instagram. now my insta is disabled facebook disabled too. what of policy is this i am sufering plz review my appeal i think my insta was disabled my mistake..

My account was 10 days disabled already form filled report with Facebook team but no response very worst customer care service

They may take more than 10 days. Some users had to wait even for several months! You can take a look at this article for more info on how long they take to review an account.
