It is impossible to update your recovery methods if you don't have access to your account. I invite you to follow these instructions to recover your Google account.
In case you can't get the code using your current recovery methods, try answering Google's questions as best you can to prove that you're the legitimate owner.
Then, give them an email to which you've access so that Google can get back to you.
