Hello, 

I have forgotten my ***@*** team password.  Trying to recover password.  OTP of my mobile number is getting verified, but I have forgotten the password of recovery email id, so unable to enter OTP of recovery email id.  Please let me know what do I have to give to verify my account.  or what to do  I have very important numbers and documents in my jil name account.  I am very upset.

Please fix my ***@***.  Tell us a bit about what happened to my Gmail account

Hello, 

I recommend that you have a look in this article on how to recover a gmail account. It contains information on a range of possible scenarios. There is a section at the bottom on what to do when you see the message: ""Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you"".                                                                                                                                   

Alternatively you can try using this form from the Google Help Centre.
