Using another email address, send an email to your Yahoo account and wait for an error message. If it says that the account is deactivated, follow these steps.

Using another email address, send an email to your Yahoo account and wait for an error message. If it says that the account is deactivated, follow these steps.
- Access Yahoo's contact form,
- Select Account and enter your Yahoo email address,
- Select Contact a Yahoo specialist > Abuse and spam > Got a message my account is deactivated,
- Select Email a Yahoo specialist.
