Hello,
I plugged my 128gb usb flash drive into my pc and a box popped up saying there was a problem with it and would I like windows to fix the problem. I clicked on 'fix problem' and after a few seconds another box popped up and said problem was fixed and flash drive was ready to use.
I clicked on the drive and opened it but all the movies and photos on the drive aren't showing and have been replaced by half a dozen files with strange symbols and numbers.
The drive is still showing 100gb is still being used so it seems the files are still there but only these strange symbols and numbers are showing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

VLC video player suddenly has no sound

Hello,

I have been using my VLC media player to play video recordings for a project I am working on. Everything has worked great, but suddenly, while listening and watching a video file, the sound stopped playing. I thought it was a problem with the recording at first, but I went back to the part i'd just been listening to and now it has no sound either.
So it seems to be a problem with the media player.
I did already check audio preferences and my S/PDIF box is already unchecked.
My sound on my keyboard is turned all the way up, and the audio isn't muted (at least no check by the "muted" on the audio menu.
I hope someone knows what to do. I'm bew...

Flash drive funny characters and folder will not DELETE

Hello,

I was working on a flash drive for a coworker and a few weird things came up. First one is somehow a new folder is on the drive called new folder and it cannot be deleted. The user did not put this folder there. Inside the folder are other folders with names that basically look like wen you open a corrupted word document. the extremely weird thing is this flash has 8GB of storage still have over 7GB free but this new folder HAS OVER 43 GB in it when I check its properties. I have done virus scans it shows up not virus and it isnt the shortcut virus or anything. Has any one else out there ever experienced this and can you tell me how this happened? Thank you

When I launch WhatsApp on my PC (Windows 10), I get the following error:
the procedure entry point av_buffer_create could not be located in the dynamic link library
I have tried everything without success.
Finally I noticed that if I run WhatsAppSetup (the installer); it does NOT install but opens WhatsApp..
After that, I have no more problems until the next start!
Who understands what?
