S, D, F, Right shift, right control not working

Hello Guys, my s, d, f, left shift, left control not working, i don't know why, I've bought new laptop and all of a sudden, these keys stopped working, also not making sound, working nowhere, what should i do, I am really worried ????

    Physically clean the key and keyboard
    Disable Sticky Keys.
    Update, Reinstall or Rollback Keyboard driver.
    Test the keyboard on another system.
    Check your connections
    Run the Hardware troubleshooter
    Troubleshoot in Clean Boot State.
