I don't have to my old recovery email. Kindly assist

Hello,
I couldn't send mails on my phone, I deleted the app n downloaded another one. I cant access my mail box because it's sending a code to my recovery email n I dont have access to the recovery email again cos I no longer work with the company. Kindly assist.
