Hi,
Close the Facebook app and try clearing its cache.
- Go to the Settings app,
- Choose Apps,
- Select Facebook > Storage > Clear cache.
If the issue persists, clear the data as well or try reinstalling Facebook.

Can you check that there's no app such as an ad blocker or a firewall that may prevent Facebook from working properly. You can also try restarting your WiFi or switching to another network connection.
