whatsapp app crashes after logging into whatsapp web Closed

I have a problem 2 or 3 months ago, I'm still not sure if it happens since I updated my iPhone 12 pro to iOS 16 or before.
Every time I want to use WhatsApp on the web, on WhatsApp web, after linking WhatsApp with the web, the whatsapp app on the iphone starts to crash.

I have to delete whatsapp web, delete whatsapp on the iphone and reinstall it, and that's it, but I still can't use whatsapp web, every time I install it, it crashes, I tried a thousand ways but it's still not workign, any idea?

Hi,

If you haven't tired yet, I suggest you reinstall a new copy of the latest version of iOS by restoring your iPhone to factory settings.

First of all, connect your iPhone to your PC and open iTunes. Back up your iPhone by following these instructions. After that, click Restore.

Once iTunes has finished reinstalling iOS and resetting your iPhone to factory settings, you can restore your backup to retrieve all of your data.
