Thanks but this was one issue too many with the latest version. I am now using Altus as it allows me to use an older, stable version of WA.
Can you check if WhatsApp is allowed to run in the background?
- Go to the Start menu > Settings;
- Select Privacy > Background apps;
- Turn on WhatsApp in the list.
If the issue persists, check if a new version is available. Otherwise, try uninstalling and reinstalling WhatsApp.
