Yahoo email box blocked

Hello, all of a sudden blocked me out of my Yahoo in box. I ask to change the password and it does not allow me to do so. I ask it to send me a code by phone to enter the code and allow me in the inbox and does not. I ask it to send the code to my other and it does not do it. All is a ploy to get you to contact their paid premium support. They will eventually get sued for this.

Hi,

Due to the multiple attempts, it is possible that Yahoo temporarily locked your account for security reasons. Clear your Web browser's cache and cookies, then try performing the recovery process again after 24 hours using the Sign-in Helper.

To increase your chance to recover your Yahoo account, use a familiar device from a location where you usually access your account.
