Problem with downloading

Hello,

why can`t I install adobe flash player on my lap top? It tells me that the file is saved, but it doesn`t show up on my desktop or anywhere else on my computer... What am I doing wrong?

hi b,
well do you already have flash player on your laptop? if not thus go to add/remove programs and check wether the flash player is there or in my documents.
